Gym jane se pahle apna ek goal banaye , aisa gola set kare jo aap pura kar sake. Hota ye hai ki dekha-dekhi hum gym join to kar lete hai lekin koi goal set hi nahi karte aise me 2-3 dino me hi gym se mind divert ho jata hai. Agar aapko bosy banani hai to pahle apna ek goal set kare.

Agar gym karte samay agar aapko kahi chot lag gai hai to usay ignore na kare. Pehle apne chot ko thik hone de, fir exercise pe dhyan de. Isay ignore karne se aapko aage chalkar problem ka samne karna pad sakta hai.

Har roj ek hi exercise na kare, kabhi bicep, kabhi chest, kabhi thai, kabhi arm etc ki exercise kare, taki aapka sahi ek sath develop ho sake. Kuch log sirf apni bicep banae ke liye firf bicep wali exercise karte hai , halaki unki bicep to bahut acchi ban jati hai par unke shrir ko dekhenge to lagega ki sirf unse apne aadhe shrir par bhi exercise kiya hai or wo dikhne me bhi ajjib lagega.
