1. Ekdum Bada Sa badlaw Na kare

2. Acchi Neend Le

acchi neend ka matlab sirf quantity of sleep hi nahi balki quality of sleep bhi hota hai. Agar aap 8 ghante soye or aapki neend bar-bar tootati rahi to aapki neend puri nahi hui. Lekin agar aap 6 ghante ki neend me gahri neend sote hai to aapke neend ki demand puri ho sakti hai.

Isliye sone ke samay mobal dekna, tv dekhna , chai-coofee pina aise kaam na kare. Palang par jane ke bad relaxation  technique jaise gahri saan lena ye meditation ka bhi upyog kar sakte hai. Issay aapko acchi-gehri need aayegi or aap mansik roop se shant hokar so sakte hai.
