1. Subah Uthate hi piye 1-2 glass pani

Suah uthate hi 1 se 2 glass pani pina chahiye. Issay sharir se sari gandagi bahar nikal jati hai. Agar raat ko sote samay pani tambe (copper) ke bartan me rakha jaye or subah isay piya jaye to or adhik fayda hota hai.

2. Khane Ke Aadhe Ghante Pahle 1 Glass Pani

Khana khane se pahle agar aap pani piyenge to aap bhukh se kam khayenge. Jissay motapa nahi badega or sath hi aapki aante bhi thik kaam karengi.

3. Khane Ke Turant Baad Ya Pahle Pani Na Piye

Khana khane ke 1 ghante baad hi pani piye. Ussay pahle pani pine par pet me khana pachne (digest) wala juice apna prabhaw nahi dikha pata or pachan sambandhi dikkate ho jati hai.

4. Khate Waqt Pani Ki Jagah Ye Piye

Agar aap ko khana khate waqt pyas lage to pani ki jagah dahi ya rayta le. Issay aapke shrir ko thandak milegi or khana bhi aaram se hajam hoga.
