Stress , tension , depression , frustration aajkal ke nojawano ke life ka hissa ban gya hai . Koi apna patni se paresan hai , to koi boss se . Koi apna ghar nahi bana pa raha hai , to kisiko is baat ki chinta hai ki umr nikali ja rahi hai or shadi nahi ho rahi . Paisa , job , promotion related tension to sabhi ko hai .

Aaj ki new generation ko apni life se bahut jyada expectation hai . Kisi bhi baat ki aasha karna or usay prapt karne ke liye koshis karna acchi baat hai lekin jab wah aasha puri nahi hoti to nirasha ban jati hai or samay gujarne par chinta ka rup le leti hai . Hum dukhi rahne lagte hai or apne aapko durbhagysali samajhne lagte hai .

Durbhagy or sobhagy yah dono maan ki situation hai . Agar aap dhuan se soche to aapko pata hoga ki apne jivan ki kisi important ghatna se pahle aapka maan kai dino tak baichain raha .

Exam ke result se pehle , interview se pehle , kisi position ko paane se pehle , business suru karne se pehle , yahi daar har samay ghere rahti ki kahi aap asafal to nahi ho jayenge . Kisi anhoni ki chinta hamesa satati rahti .
