कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज
1.Four Passport Size Photographs of both boy and girl.
2.Proof of Residence it can be a Voter Card / Passport / Ration Car / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Lease Deed / Rent Deed) of the concerned boy and girl.
3.A birth certificate or any document like Municipal Corporation Certificate, Xth or XIIth Examination Certificate, Passport, PAN Card of the concerned boy and girl.
3.If any party is divorcee – Certified copy of Decree of Divorce granted by the Court.
4.Death certificate or divorce decree whichever is applicable, in case one of the parties had any marriages in the past.
5.If any party is a Foreign Citizen or holding a foreign Passport or is having foreign residential address – Certificate of Present Marital Status of the party / No Impediment Certificate / NOC from concerned Embassy and Valid VISA.

COURT MARRIAGE PROCEDURE IN INDIA STEP ONE
- court marriage करने के लिए सबसे पहले अपने डिस्ट्रिक्ट marriage ऑफीसर को इनform करना होगा.
- आपको एक नोटीस लिखना होगा जो marriage पार्टी की साइड से होगा.
- शादी की डटे लेने के लिए आपको नोटीस डालना है फिर किसी एक लड़का या लड़की पार्टी को 30 डेज़ वेट करना होगा डटे के लिए.

- आपके जिले का जो marriage officer है वो आपके notice publish करेगा.
- जिले में जो दूसरी पार्टी है जो permanently रहता है एक notice की copy उसके पास होगी और एक officer के पास.
COURT MARRIAGE PROCEDURE IN INDIA STEP THREE
OBJECTIONS TO MARRIAGE
कोई भी पार्टी objection कर सकती है या आपके जिले का officer भी objection कर सकता है और उनकी बात सुनी जाएगी under chapter 2 section 4 of the article. अगर बात छोटी है तो उसको समझा जा सकता है पर अगर बात बड़ी है तो मुश्किल हो सकती है ignore नहीं किया जायेगा.

TO WHOM OBJECTION IS RAISED?
To the marriage officer of the concerned district.
WHAT ARE THE GROUNDS OF OBJECTION?
Any one of the conditions stated above and specified in Chapter II, Section 4 of the act.
अगर OBJECTION ACCEPT हो गई है तो इसका RESULT क्या होगा?
आपके जिले के officer से पता करे कि जो objection लगाया है वो सही है या ग़लत अगर सही हुआ तो आपकी appeal cancel हो जाएगी.
TO WHOM IS THE APPEAL FILED?
The district court within the local limits under the jurisdiction of the marriage officer.
WHEN CAN AN APPEAL BE FILED?
Any time within 30 days from the date of refusal to solemnise marriage.

SIGNING OF THE DECLARATION
दोनो parties के पास 3 witness होने चाहिए है, लड़के की side के 3 लोग और लड़की की side के 3 लोग जब आप court marriage कर रहे हो तो यह बहुत जरूरी है नहीं तो आप court marriage नहीं कर सकते है.

आप कोई भी form उसे कर सकते है marriage करने के लिए. Like “I, _______, take the, ________, to be my lawful wife/husband.”

Marriage officer आपका certificate under Schedule IV of the act में collect करेंगे और अगर दोनो पार्टीस के साइन हुए हुआ तो under the law आपकी court marriage कंप्लीट मानी जाएगी.
