5. Bhukh Lagne Par

Nahane se pehle pani pine se blood pressure kam karne me help milti hai. Agar garm pani ka shower le rahe ho to nahane se pahle thanda pani pine se bhache.

8. Exercise Se Pehle Or Baad

Yah bahut jaruri hai ki jab bhi aap exercise kare to ussay pahle pani pi le, jissay aapke muscles ko energy mil sake. Pani pine se thakan kam lagti hai. Agar aap pani nahi piyenge to aap jald hi thak jayenge.

9. Bimari Ya Pregnancy Ke Waqt Pani Piye

Aap bimar hai to pani pine se aapki body jald hi repair ho jayegi. Pregnant or breast feeding karwane wali mahilao ko aam dino ke mukabale adhik pani ki jarurat hoti hai. Inhe har din 10 glass pani pine ki salah di jati hai.

10. Khade Hokar Na Piye Pani

Manyata hai ki khade hokar pani pine se ek umr ke baad ghutano ka dard pareshan karne lagta hai. Isliye aise pani pine se bachna chahiye.

11. Bahar Ke Pani Se Bache

Bahar ka pani pine se jitna ho sake bache. Un-pure pani se lever or gurdo ke rog ho sakte hai. In dono me infaction hua to iska asar dil par bhi padta hai.
