Karma Yoga body ke waste products ke liye kiya jata hai, Bhakti Yoga heart ko develop karta hai, Raj Yoga Mind ko peace or stable rakhne me help karta hai, Gyan Yoga anpadhta ko dur karke self intelligence ko produce karta hai. Hath Yoga healthy or longer life provide karta hai. In sab yoga ke practice karne se body ke har ek part jaise ki heart, lungs, mind or digestive system, kidney, liver sabhi ache se kaam karne lagte hai. Ye insaan ko bimari se dur rakhta hai. Yoga ko two categories me divided kiya gaya hai: –
1) Raj Yoga (Mental Yoga) : –
Iss yoga ko bahut hi higher(uchh) yoga mana gya hai. Iska target aazadi or har cheez me perfectness jaroori hai. Jo sirf mental control se paya jaa sakta hai na ki sirf physical control se. Mind concentration me laga rahta hai or finally mind ache se vanishe(saaf or clear) ho jaata hai. Iss tarike se aatma ka parmatama se milan hota hai.
2) Hath Yoga (Physical Yoga) :-
Hath yoga ka lakshay body or life ko mediator(sulaha) karvata hai. Hath Yoga me Asana, Pranayam, Mudra or Bandha include hote hai. Isse saaf pta lagta hai ki Hath yoga ek physical exercise hai jisme kuch time ke liye body ko ek position me rakhna padta hai.
